We hope you love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Lisa Zolandz Pottery within 7 business days for a return authorization. Refunds will be issued for items returned in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom work is non-refundable.
